This course will assist you in understanding the Enterprise Real Estate Management 9.0 process and in describing and using application components available for the 9.0 release. The course teaches you how to setup and use the Real Estate Management infrastructure including setting up installation options, user preferences, and accounting rules. In addition, you will learn about structuring control data for leases, using asset repositories and property assets, and creating and maintaining leases.

The course also helps you understand and use straight-line accounting for real estate and to how to post and view straight-line account entries and how to generate straight-line accounting schedules. The course describes a variety of payables lease processing features, including recurring payments, transaction generation, manual payments, and how to review and approve payment requests. As part of managing real estate, the class also describes operating expense audits and reconciliation, and how you run real estate reports and analytics.
