This course will be applicable for customers who have implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 or Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.

The R12.x Oracle Service Contracts Fundamentals Ed 1 course contains details of how to use and implement Oracle Service Contracts. In this course, you will learn to create and manage service agreements, subscription agreements, warranties, and extended warranties using Oracle Service Contracts. You will also learn the setup steps required to implement this functionality.

Learn To:
  • Use the basic service contract terms
  • Manually author a service contract with service and usage lines
  • Add coverage, pricing, and billing details
  • Approve and activate the service contract
  • Use Administrator Workbench to manage the contract process
  • Use Customer Acceptance Portal
