R12 Oracle Process Manufacturing Product Development - RWC

This course introduces tasks required to manage production of a product using the Oracle Process Manufacturing Product Development application. Students are shown how to set up responsibilities, formula security, version control, resources, formula classes, process operation classes, process routing classes, activities, and how to enter formulas and recipes. This course provides an explanation of formula scaling, and shows students how to enter process operations, activities, and process routings, and use mass search, and replace the recipe components. Students also learn to enter formulas and recipes using the Routing Designer, Recipe Designer, and Least Cost Formulation. The Formula Analysis topic explains how to set up technical classes and subclasses. You can also perform formula simulation and optimization using the Simulator and Optimizer tools. Set up laboratory organizations, technical parameters and sequence technical parameters, item technical data, ingredient substitution, and common inventory for product development.
