You will understand the ways in which the Online Marketing application complements and extends the base PeopleSoft Marketing application. You will also discover how to use profile fields to define and record your own categories of information, such as specific types of customer preferences, and include these fields in web surveys. Additionally, you will see how to construct a precise target audience for a campaign using easy and clear filtering criteria.

Next, learn how to create email templates and how to include tags that provide easy email personalization. You can also create a variety of web pages for your campaign, including survey forms and information pages. Then you are ready to put all these building blocks together using an easy drag and drop interface to construct your online marketing campaign. After creating your campaign, you will learn how to monitor the system, check your dialog status, and use reports to understand and see the results of your campaign.
