Participants will learn how to set up and use the PeopleSoft Enterprise Maintenance Management functionality, which includes the creation and management of service requests, and the creation, management, execution, and closing of various types of express and standard work orders, including capital, preventive maintenance and condition-based maintenance work orders. Participants will learn how to define requirements and schedule labor, inventory, purchased, on-hand, and tool resources for a work order.

This course will describe the evaluation and scheduling of individual labor resources and crews. Participants will also learn to manage asset warranties, set up approval workflow and work order access security. Integrated into all of this information, participants will learn to use the Work Order Workbench, the Preventive Maintenance Schedule Workbench, the Schedulerâ€™s Workbench, the Crew Scheduling Workbench, the Labor Administration Workbench, and the Technician Workbench, which streamline the entry and management of work orders.

Finally, participants will learn about the wide array of reports and online inquiries available in PeopleSoft Enterprise Maintenance Management.
