This course describes and demonstrates the process of downloading and installing a software update. It also discusses post-installation processes, such as retrofitting modifications. Change Assistant is the primary tool used for most of the processes.

Students installed and configure Change Assistant, and use Change Assistant to efficiently search for, download, analyze, and deploy software updates or packages. Upon completion of this course, students are able to navigate Change Assistant, download and install software updates, perform an impact analysis, and audit and manage software updates.
