Introduction to Siebel Business Analytics 7.7: Part Two - Online Course

This course is part two in a series of two courses designed for students with little or no prior experience using Siebel Business Analytics. It provides step-by-step procedures for building and verifying the three layers of aSiebel Business Analytics repository: the Physical, Business Model and Mapping, and Presentation layers. Students learn how to use the Siebel Analytics Administration Tool to import schemas, design and build logical business models, and expose business models to users in Siebel Answers. In the process, students learn how to build physical and logical joins, simple measures, calculation measures, and dimensional hierarchies. They also learn how to validate their results using Siebel Answers. The course includes product demonstrations of building the Physical, Business Model and Mapping, and Presentation layers of a repository using the Siebel Analytics Administration Tool, and using Siebel Answers to verify a repository. This course does not provide instruction in all of the necessary skills for students planning large scale Siebel Business Analytics implementations. Students interested in learning these skills should attend the instructor-led Siebel Business Analytics courses provided by Oracle University.
