The Implementing HRMS Self-Service Applications course provides an overview of the setup steps that are common to all HRMS self-service applications, and instructs students on application-specific setup steps for eProfile, eProfile Manager Desktop, ePay, eBenefits, eCompensation, eCompensation Manager Desktop, and eDevelopment.

In this course you will learn how to select position management options to enable automatic database updates by self-service users; set up security for self-service transactions; specify workflow notification channels at the system, business unit, and user ID levels; configure applications to manage workflow, approval processing, and database updates; and define groups and group security for self-service transactions that employ group build functionality. In addition, you will learn how to complete setup tasks for specific self-service transactions for example, the employee promotion and request salary change transactions-so that you can select delivered approval steps, identify approvers, and authorize users to make automatic updates to the database.
