This e-learning course provides an in-depth look at how to repackage financial aid for students and manage external awards. The course reviews the basics of repackaging as well as advanced topics such as repackaging rules, setting up repackaging plans, identifying students to be repackaged, performing online packaging and batch repackaging.

The course also discusses concepts related to External Awards, including types of external Awards, how to determine external awards and bring them into Financial Aid.

Finally, participants will learn the procedures to define, cross-reference, use file-mapping definition, manually add external awards, and process Student Financial payments as External Awards.
