This course provides an overview of self-service Enrollment Backpack (EBP) functionality, including course planning, enrollment, and advisement. Course content describes self-service setup and use, and also demonstrates several ways in which a student might use EBP functionality. Participants will learn how to set up EBP from both the Student Records and Academic Advisement perspective. Participants will also review the pages and processes that students use to search for and plan courses, enroll in courses, use the enrollment shopping cart, and run online advisement reports.

Anyone who implements or manages the student self-service system at an institution will benefit from this overview course.
