This course covers the activities and functions needed to set up and administer a competency management program through the PeopleSoft Human Resources Manage Competencies business process.

This course discusses how to define, manage, and evaluate employees skills and accomplishments. You learn the Manage Competencies business process by setting up a competency management program, tying competencies to roles, and performing gap-fit measurements to evaluate workers.
