This course gives you a foundation of knowledge about new features in BRM 7.3.1 that prepares you to learn more about implementing the new features. You also learn about enhancements that don't require implementation knowledge, such as various performance enhancements.

In this course you will learn about BRM 7.3.1 features that can be used to integrate BRM with external applications, including Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle General Ledger: the JCA Resource Adapter enables external applications to communicate with BRM; the Synchronization Queue DM allow you to synchronize BRM data with data in external systems. You will also learn about exporting general ledger reports for import to an external system, and key performance indicators, which allow you to monitor the health of the database.
