The main purpose of the course is for you to learn how to implement Oracle Service Contracts. In this course, you learn all the setup steps that are required so that subsequently service agreements, subscription agreements, warranties, and extended warranties can be created using Oracle Service Contracts functionality.

After an introduction to the concepts of service contract management, as illustrated in Oracle Service Contracts, you learn first how to set up the Oracle prerequisite applications. Then you learn the specific setups in Oracle Service Contracts. These setups are illustrated with many guided demonstrations and student practices.

A Live Virtual Class (LVC) is exclusively for registered students; unregistered individuals may not view an LVC at any time. Registered students must view the class from the country listed in the registration form. Unauthorized recording, copying, or transmission of LVC content may not be made.
