This five day instructor-led course provides detailed information on the Hitachi Universal Storage Platformâ„¢ V and the Universal Storage Platformâ„¢ VM hardware, architectures, and the associated key software products.

	Learners also will gain hands-on experience by performing software operations using the Hitachi Storage Navigator program in lab projects.
	Simulated labs are included to familiarize the learners with the procedures discussed in the course.

State the functionality of Hitachi Copy-On-Write Snapshot software, Hitachi Dynamic Provisioning software, Hitachi TrueCopyÂ® Remote Replication, Hitachi Universal Replicator and High Availability Manager software
Describe the purpose and key features of Hitachi Virtual Partition Manager software and Hitachi Data Retention Utility software

State the functionality of Hitachi Content Platform
Explain mainframe software support and compatibility
Describe basic operations available with Hitachi Device Manager software and explain how Hitachi Dynamic Link Manager, Hitachi Global Link Manager, Hitachi Tiered Storage Manager, Hitachi Protection Manager and Hitachi Path Provisioning software function in the Hitachi Storage Command Suite.
Describe the purpose and key features of Hitachi Storage Command Portal
