This eight hour virtual instructor-led training course helps prepare the Hitachi Data Systems Certified Professional to take the Architect - Performance and Virtualization Exam (HH0-440). It builds upon the practical working knowledge of storage professionals who have implemented Hitachi performance and virtualization solutions. In addition it refreshes existing knowledge of performance and virtualization architecture concepts. The course covers performance concepts and tools, design principles, storage-related equipment and applications, I/O concepts, storage configurations, and assessment, planning, and design of storage solutions. This eight hour class is split into two sessions over two days. It has several interactive and collaborative exercises, and one Performance Monitoring paper lab, where the students are divided into teams in their own virtual breakout rooms.
