This three day instructor-led course provides a full product overview, including in-depth training to install, configure and troubleshoot Hitachi HiCommand Device Manager software. Using extensive labs, installation is performed on live systems using Open Systems attached servers in a safe environment. The lab portion of the course provides training in a Sun Solaris and/or Microsoft® Windows® 2000/NT environment.
